Changing it up...

Decides to finally get out on the snowshoes for some training so I called Eric "Mountain Man" Batty for some company.... He found Every hill in 3Rox for us to climb in the heavy wet snow.... Some great training that takes a lot out of you.... Got to enjoy the company of Rambo the Dog before heading home to be attacked by my kids with snowballs... No rest...

We are Canadian!!!!

Got invited the other week to play around at the Batty Farm.... playing some Pond Hockey like the Good Old Days.... a perfect weather day and a great time with some great friends..... and Eric did most of the Shovelling!!!!

 Jake "The Beast" Barnes lays the body to Eric.... all's fair in love and Pond Hockey...

 .... and then the Barnes Boys steal the puck and leave Eric stuck in a crack before getting a breakaway on the Boot Goal....

Over the top...

Been waiting for winter for months and then THIS!!!!!  After months of rain and freezing weather, the snow has finally arrived... but 4 months worth of snow over 24hrs is a bit much....

The drive to school (yes i still went to school) would not have been that bad until i got stuck behind a guy who thought driving his Nissan 300Z to work.... and then a Tow truck that got stuck before being able to help.... worth a few giggles...

Got my car stuck... thankfully in front on my own driveway when i got home....

This much snow to shovel makes me glad that i had kids to help... finally a good use for them!!!

Jake had a Birthday Party to attend... so we chose a more appropriate Mode of Transportation....
