been working on my "non-bike" endurance training... lots of snowshoeing as you have seen but also more and more running... keep aiming for the 1.5hr mark with increasing my distance... but the time never really went up.. committed the other day to a long loop with no bail-out options....
felt good for the whole run... 1:31, max HR 147, average HR 131, calories burned 860.... sore toes.. all of them...still aiming for the 2hr mark just for fun...
